Yea thats quite simple but u need a VAC Disabler...

Download the Mw2 Liberation modder and anti VAC tool at download. Run logout of steam login to a Mw2 VAC Banned account. Run the game using the Mw2 Liberation Load Button. Wait for game to appear. Play!

Easier TuT:
- Close Steam
- Login to an account where u are banned from Mw2
- Run the Loader (mw2 Liberation.exe)
- Press LOAD
- Play!

Simply to add an attachment there is a little box called "attach file" press "Browse", "Gennemse" select the file (it have to be a ZIP file not RAR)

File's that's allowed:
3g2, 3gp, bmp, doc, docm, docx, gif, jpg, m4a, m4v, mov, mp3, mp4, mpg, pdf, png, pps, ppt, pptm, pptx, swf, tif, txt, wma, wmv, xls, xlsb, xlsm, xlsx, zip
